As soon as a traveler confirms acceptance of the transport and after payment of the compensation which will be paid to them upon delivery, you retrieve their contact details. You can then contact him to make arrangements according to the chosen delivery method (hand delivery, purchased directly by the traveler or delivered to his home via an e-commerce site).

When you hand over the product, it must not be packaged in a sealed box. The traveler must be able to clearly see what they are carrying. If it is a fragile item, you can, after showing it to them, wrap it in bubble wrap to protect it during the journey. Appropriate packaging reassures the traveler and ensures a safe delivery. Transport is only permitted for products valued at less than €150.
Shipping costs depend on the package weight and distance, but they remain significantly cheaper than the rates and shipping fees of traditional international carriers. You therefore benefit from delivery at an unbeatable price, with no hidden fees.
Delivery times depend directly on the routes you choose. International parcel delivery via CarryMe is much more reliable than traditional courier services because it follows pre-scheduled routes. In the event of cancellation, you will be immediately notified and refunded the full amount, provided you have already paid the cancellation fee. You will then be able to select another carrier from the CarryMe traveler community.
You have the right to withdraw and cancel your transport request. However, conditions apply to the reimbursement of the compensation if you have already paid it:
– Up to 48 hours before the traveler's departure: full refund
– During the 48 hours before departure: 50% reimbursement of the compensation
– After the trip: no refund
